ABA Autismus Therapie Düsseldorf GmbH was founded in 2017 to serve the growing need for Applied Behavior Analysis treatment services in Germany. We are dedicated to improve the lives of children and their families.
We are a team comprised of Behavior Analysts and Co-therapists represented in the cities of Düsseldorf, Munich and Frankfurt. ABA ATD is committed to providing personalised ABA programs for children touched by autism spectrum disorder and/or learning or behavior difficulties.
Rodrigo Pellet Lastra, founder of ABA Autismus Therapie Düsseldorf, is a psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst and himself the father of an autistic child. In addition, Mr. Pellet Lastra is an accredited supervisor for aspiring behavior analysts (BCBA and BCaBA) and RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians). From 2017 to 2020, Mr. Pelltet was a board member of the GermanSociety for Behavior Analysis e.V. (DGV).
Tabea Schick is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA). In 2018 she completed her bachelor's degree in educational science with a focus on rehabilitation education in Magdeburg. During her studies, she already worked as a children's trainer in sports clubs and as an integration assistant in a daycare center for children with special education needs. Since May 2018 she is an important part of our team. In addition to conducting therapies and family counseling, she is responsible for workshops and interdisciplinary communication and support our new co-therapists specifically on their way to becoming Registered Behavior Technicians. Currently she is on parent leave.
Sohal Ezami is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In 2017, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Educational Science with a focus on personality development and psychodynamic aspects of educational and upbringing processes at the University of Duisburg-Essen. In addition to her work as a co-therapist with us in our practice, she is currently completing her Master's degree in Family Counseling in Essen, Germany. With her cheerful nature, she has enriched our team since September 2021. of our team is responsible. our new co-therapists specifically on their way to becoming Registered Behavior Technicians.
Elena Groß is an International Behavior Analyst (IBA). Since 2021, she has a bachelor's degree in special education. Already during her work as an integration aide and her voluntary social year at various special schools, she was able to gain important experience in dealing with and supporting ASD. We are pleased that she has been part of our team since January 2022.
Carina Winkels is a psychologist and international behavior Therapist. Since December 2022 she has been part of our team. She completed her master's degree in psychology in Bonn in 2021. Through several internships in the field of children and adolescents, she has been able to gain a lot of experience in the therapeutic field with children with an autism spectrum disorder. Currently she is on parent leave.
Marisa Gashi completed her Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2023 and has been part of our team since April 2023. She has already gained valuable experience in the field of child and youth work through various internships and voluntary work. She currently works part-time with us and is also studying for a Master's degree in Mönchen Gladbach.
Mònica Espinosa Verdugo completed her bachelor's degree in primary education with a specialization in hearing and speech impairments in Madrid. There she worked in a speech therapy center. She joined our team in February 2024 and is also studying speech therapy at the University of La Rioja by distance learning and is preparing to become an International Behavioral Therapist (IBT).
Janine Kirches is an International Behavior Therapist (IBT) and has been part of our team since April 2024. She completed her Master's degree in Primary School Teaching at the University of Wuppertal in 2024. During her studies, she worked in an open all-day program at an elementary school, where she gained her first experience with neurodivergent children. She is currently preparing for the International Behavior Analyst (IBA).
Maryna Pustovoit completed her Master's degree in Psychology in Ukraine in 2023. She has already gained experience in ABA both in Ukraine and in Germany and has taken part in various training courses. She herself is the mother of a child with autism. We are happy that she has been part of our team since July 2024 and is currently also preparing for the International Behavior Analyst (IBA).
Jana Visse joined our team as a co-therapist in January 2025. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Social Work in Münster in 2024. She already gained valuable educational experience during her voluntary social year and her work as a social assistant. She is currently training to become an International Behavior Therapist (IBT).
Andrea Ibarbia is a psychologist and holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology from the Universidad del Pais Vosco (Spain). She has also gained experience in ABA through internships in Madrid and further qualifications in speech and language therapy and in the diagnosis and intervention of learning disorders. With her calm and empathetic nature, she has enriched our team since February 2025. She is currently training to become an International Behavior Therapist (IBT).
Oksana Bukach is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA). She completed her studies in speech therapy at the O. Gonchar University in Dnipro (Ukraine). She has been working with children with autism since 2012 and has many years of practical experience in this field. Since 2019, she has also been supporting professionals in their work and providing comprehensive advice to parents. As the mother of an adult child with autism, she combines professional expertise with personal understanding. She is a member of the European Association of Behavior Analysts and the Ukrainian Association of Behavior Analysts. We are delighted that she has been supporting our practice on a part-time basis since May 2025.
Sarah Lawniczak has been supporting our team as a co-therapist since June 2025. She successfully completed her master's degree in special education in Cologne in March 2025. She already gained valuable experience working with children on the autism spectrum during her time as an inclusion support worker.
Monika Sternau is a psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families since 2015. Her focus has been on providing home and community-based interventions, therapies, family counseling, and education in Poland. Since June 2020 she is a great asset to our team, where she supervises our co-therapists in addition to therapy and family counseling Society for Behavior Analysis e.V. (DGV). Currently she is on parent leave.
Martina Egbers is responsible for the areas of finance. As an in-house tax consultant with many years of experience in auditing, accounting and taxes, human resources, organization and contract management. "I have been impressed by Rodrigo's expertise and enthusiasm since ABA Autismus Therapie Düsseldorf GmbH was founded. I am delighted to be able to support him and the team in their work with the children."
